End of January Outfits

End of January Style

This week was so fun, I was able to visit Spokane for the weekend and play around with some cozy, warm weather outfits. From puffer jackets to layers, this week was perfect for anyone that may be caught in the snow. Keep reading to see what I wore!

White Puffer Outfit

Kicking off the week is this adorable cropped white puffer jacket from Target. It reminds me of a marshmallow and adds the perfect texture to any cozy outfit. To keep myself toasty, I added my black beanie and a short sleeve top. Finally for some sporty elements, I added some black sneakers and my favorite belt bag. Overall such a fun look!

Pink Puffer Outfit

Something I’ve been wanting to do more of this year is exercise. I put my health on the back burner for quite awhile and it’s time I take care of ME! For this day, I went on a long walk near my house and layered up with this bright puffer jacket. I also went on said walk alone so I wanted to stand out in case something dangerous were to happen to me. With any outfit like this, be sure to keep the rest of the look simple by adding fitted black under layers. Remember, fashion is best successful when you have balance!

Leather Layering

One garment I always forget I have is my leather jacket! Found at Nordstrom a few years back, this leather jacket is so comfortable and looks amazing with a hoodie. Lately I’ve been into cropped hoodies from Abercrombie, they’re so comfortable and they go well with all my high waisted pants. To finish off my outfit, I added some simple leggings and sneakers. Nothing beats an outfit like this!

Snow Walk Styling

Come the weekend, I made it a point to wear warm layers. On Saturday, I went on a snowy nature walk and kept the cold at bay with my fur lined coat from Amazon. I also added a thin turtleneck bodysuit and crewneck sweatshirt under the coat for added heat. With an outfit like this, snow boots and beanies are the perfect accessory. They’re both practical and if purchased in the right color, they can really elevate an outfit!

Pizza Run Outfit

Finally I wore this fun, neutral athleisure outfit to get pizza. Keeping with the snow theme, I kept the beanie turtleneck and sweatshirt but made the outfit less active by adding mom jeans. I ended the look with black sneakers which completed the cohesive fit. Outfits like this are so good for winter and they’ll make you feel cute without sacrificing warmth!

Happy Styling

I hope these outfits inspired your early February style! Basics like black denim and simple bodysuits can be repurposed in so many outfits depending on how you actually style them. With this series, I want you to remember that a great sense of style is possible when you experiment with what you already have. Next week, stay tuned for some moving inspired looks and business casual options!

Until next time,

Lauren
