Fall Wardrobe Essentials
Welcome (back!) to my fall wardrobe essentials! Now is my favorite time of year for shopping and clothes overall. My birthday is mid-September so when I was growing up, the majority of my birthday gifts were back to school clothes! I loved visiting the local mall and getting my wardrobe ready for the new year. Now, I just cozy up to my laptop and online shop for anything cute and cozy 🤣Keep reading to see my cute picks for 2019!

MIDI DRESSES and BLACK CHUNKY SWEATERS:
If you have followed my Instagram for awhile, you might remember this dress! I repurchased it THREE times this summer because it first ripped on the side then the second dress had a broken strap adjuster. BUT third times the charm and I am taking the best care possible of this dress! I love how its flowy and looks amazing under sweaters 😍 This black one especially is great for layering or wearing on its own! Black is my favorite color and it goes with literally everything. It’s also a great color going into winter too!
OVER THE KNEE BOOTS:
One of my all time favorite fall items are a pair of over the knee boots! I got this pair a few years ago during the Nordstrom anniversary sale and I bring them out again and again. Since they have a lower heel, they are easy to walk around in and I made it through London in these bad boys with no issues! Not only are they comfortable, but they elevate any outfit you wear with them 😍 They are seriously a staple!!
LEATHER JACKET:
I don’t think fall is complete without a leather jacket! I found this one from American Eagle yearssss ago and I have yet to toss it out. This piece goes with absolutely everything, it brings the perfect amount of edge to a look. Warm it up with a scarf and booties, or pair it back with a graphic tee and black jeans. Heck, wear it for Halloween like I did for my Sandy costume 😂It will surely keep you toasty and chic.

LEATHER LEGGINGS:
I am not kidding when I say these leather leggings were one of the best items I’ve added to my wardrobe in AGES! They are so comfortable and they don’t transfer color. Plus, they wash well!! I’m seriously obsessed with their high waist and the texture they add to any look. Whether you pair them with a long sweater or go bold with a crop top, these leggings will take you far. [Pro Tip: Buy these at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale because they are way cheaper]
GRAPHIC TEE and ANIMAL PRINT:
In the last year or so, I have begun a graphic tee collection. Like I have well over 20 at this point… My favorite place to find them is the Target men’s section because the oversized fit looks good with so many outfits! This one in particular is one of my favorites; Queen is my all time favorite band! To go along with the tee in a dressier way, I added my cheetah print skirt. I love how its a midi and made of a knit material. I think animal prints are staying for awhile and they are the perfect addition to a simple look.
