How to Style a Circle Straw Bag

One fashion item I’ve been loving this summer is the circle straw bag! I found mine back in June and I’ve worn it on repeat ever since 😜It’s the perfect size for a phone, wallet, lipstick, and keys; all the essentials! With it’s smaller size, it’s also just comfortable to wear all day long. Plus, since it’s a neutral it matches so many outfits. Let’s see how to style this bag for the end of summer and fall!
Summer Outfits
Since the bag is a wicker material, it pairs great with neutrals! I love this dressy casual outfit in particular, the platform style of the sandals add some height while also elongating the legs. You could also just wear the top as a dress (it’s that long!) and go for a more simplistic outfit ☺️
Another summery style is white denim! I love these white Topshop jeans, they are SO comfortable and go with so many looks. I had a great time styling these jeans with a simple tee and my favorite bag! I think this outfit is perfect for running errands and exploring a new place. It’s comfortable and this bag is small enough that it won’t hurt your shoulders after hours of wear!
One of my new favorite outfits is a boxy tee and mini skirt!! I love this color combo in particular, it’s so light and pairs perfectly with brown. Although black is my favorite color, it can be a little too warm in the summer months. Enter light browns like this bag! It ties the outfit together and almost anchors the green and white 😊
Pre Fall Outfits
With fall rapidly approaching, I HAD to share this fun duster!! I love a good animal print for fall, it’s just too perfect. To avoid overheating in the summer, I love pairing dusters with shorts and a little sandal. This keeps you cool while maintaining the fun boho vibes of the duster! To finalize the outfit, I added the circle bag since it matches the browns in the cheetah print!!
One fall trend I am already living for is the mom jean! I love this true blue version, they are SO comfortable and go with so many outfits. Since it’s still warm out, I went with my beloved Birkenstocks but you can also style this outfit with some brown booties come fall. I would easily wear this to run errands or meet a friend for coffee (socially distanced of course)!
Not gonna lie this is probably my favorite look from this entire post 🙈 I recently realized I don’t have any actual trousers or nice pants and I feel like this pair from Free People are the perfect solution to this issue. For now, I’m styling them with a white bodysuit but they will also look amazing with a graphic tee! I also like how the brown doesn’t exactly match my bag but they still coordinate well enough to make a cohesive outfit.
