Last Minute Halloween Costumes for 2021
Halloween Costumes for 2021
Holy moly it’s already time to think about Halloween costumes! I swear October just flew right by and the spookiest night of the year is almost here. Ever since I started blogging, I have loved Halloween! I think it’s a great time to experiment with personal style and try on a new look for a night. This year, I have two great costumes for a weekend at Lake Chelan. I’ll be previewing those looks, plus some outfits from last year that are still classics. Keep reading if you want some last minute Halloween inspiration!
Adult Belle from Beauty and the Beast
One costume I’ve wanted to do for years is adult Disney princesses! I finally bit the bullet this year and went for Belle, my personal favorite. As a brave yet controversial opinion, I really loved the live action version but you can’t go wrong either way. For the grown up Belle, I went for a short body con dress along with my favorite black heels and a nice tiara! To top off the look, I added a rose necklace and was set. I think anything gold will be ideal for this look so have fun with it!
Cher
It’s giving Cher. I hope 😂 Regardless, I have been obsessed with the 70s this year and Cher was a natural choice. The key to this costume is super sleek hair and a fabulous jumpsuit. I also thought back to young Cher and her dramatic under eye makeup. This costume can be interpreted several ways so have fun with it and definitely listen to all the Cher music. She’s truly an icon!!
Sexy Alien
This was definitely my favorite look from last year and Tiktok agrees (it’s been going slowly viral all month)! The key to this look is a ton of glitter and green eyeshadow. I personally went with just the tube top and skirt but you can mix it up with a tee or shorts depending on your style. Again, this is why I love Halloween because you can really tailor any costume to fit your personal aesthetic. There’s nothing better in my book!
Harley Davidson Biker
My final costume idea is a biker girl! It’s such an easy outfit and you can personalize it easily with orange makeup and a handkerchief. You can also mix it up with leather pants or denim, depending on what you have available. Also, this costume leads to owning a fun graphic tee which in my opinion is a win win! You can never have too many graphics in my book.
Happy Halloween
I hope these costume ideas helped! I absolutely love all of these looks and I can’t wait to wear this years options over the holiday weekend. If you recreate any of these outfits, please tag me on Instagram and have fun! This is such a great time of year and the costume options are truly endless.
Until next time,
Lauren
