Outfits of the Week ∣ May 2022
End of May Outfit Ideas
This week was jam packed with fun things meaning I had a ton of cute outfits to wear. From outdoor walks to city adventures and dinners out, my style really differed from day to day. As always, each outfit will be linked below the photograph and for reference I am between a size 8-12. Now, if you are in the market for some spring style, keep reading!
Greyscale Activewear
To kick off the week, I went on a nature walk with my sister and best friend! I absolutely love wandering along trails and since the weather finally picked up that day, it was the perfect time to break out my shorts. I love how this baggier pair works with the fitted tank and jacket, its the perfect balance!
Pro Tip: Only add a jacket like the one above if you have sunburns. I typically would have just worn the tank, shorts and sneakers on any other day but I got burned the day before so I had to be careful!!
Distressed Denim Dreams
As the week continued on, I wore my favorite ultra distressed jeans. This pair has a fun kick flare at the bottom and pairs nicely with high top sneakers. For spring in particular, I always find it fun to wear jeans like these because they have so much pizzaz. I also like to keep the rest of the look rather simplistic because the pants are such a statement. Either a ribbed or smooth tank would do for this outfit!
Cowgirl Whiteout
As a part of my bridal styling reel, I ended up wearing this gorgeous white mini dress from Amazon with my favorite cowboy boots. While the all white is better for a bachelorette party, I still ended up wearing it to my local Starbucks and felt like a million bucks. Next time I would probably do a more casual dress for everyday but sometimes the life of a content creator is a bit more chaotic than that.
Boilersuit Babe
I recently got my first boiler suit and I don’t know why I waited so long! It’s such a comfortable piece for all day wear and this white one in particular is adorable. I personally styled mine with white and neutral accessories although you can easily edge it up with black or go dressy with heels. Either way, it’s quickly going into my summer wardrobe, especially for adventures!
Purple Princess
My final outfit this week is a purple mini dress from Amazon! I absolutely love this shade of purple, it’s so perfect for this time of year. Whether you have date nights planned, weddings coming up, or graduations, this is the ideal dress for all the special occasions. It’s also affordable, comes in several colors, and is lined for added comfort!
