Midsize Friendly Outfits of the Week

This past week was rather chill for me! I spent the majority of it working and ended the week with family and a trip to Oregon. With the wide array of activities, expect a big variety of outfits from casual looks to dresses fit for a winery. If you have some trips planned or are just looking for outfit inspiration, this post has your back!

Athleisure Romper Look-Alike

To kick off the week I have a workout romper inspired outfit. These onesies are incredibly popular online these days but I actually created a similar look with a pair of biker shorts and a tank I own from Lululemon! Both pieces are made of the align material and are incredibly comfortable. I wore this look for running errands and it worked well for a road trip over the weekend. If you can afford it, I say go for the separates since you can style them in more ways than just a romper.

Dad Short Outfit

My next outfit was very casual and featured my beloved dad shorts! I don’t know what it is about this pair of denim shorts from Abercrombie but they are my absolute favorite. I styled them this week with my favorite Free People Movement tank for a dressed down work look. As temperatures continue to climb in the PNW, less is certainly becoming more when it comes to my outfits.

90s Inspired Work Outfit

As the came to a close, it was time to dress in something more work-appropriate since I had some projects to film. I recently got in some simple tees from Abercrombie and I thought it was the perfect time to wear one. This time around I went for the black tee and it looked great with a pair of boyfriend jeans and sandals. Of course you can make this look more appropriate for the office with black skinny jeans and a blazer or a nice midi skirt. Since I work for myself the ripped jeans were fine and I honestly love how this 90s-inspired look turned out!

Black Jumpsuit Outfit

I recently got in this fun jumpsuit from Cupshe and I am absolutely in love with it! I got my true size medium and I think it fits me great. You don’t even need to wear a bra underneath if it you don’t want to since there is nice ruching on the top. To make the piece a bit more fun, I added my favorite sandals from Walmart and a simple handbag. It was perfect for my local distillery and I felt like a million bucks.

Floral Midi Dress Outfit

Finally we have this fun midi dress from Cupshe as well! Its ever so slightly tight on me so consider sizing up one or two sizes if you’re on the curvier side. Nonetheless I love the print and the ruching down the middle is a nice touch! I definitely don’t own any dresses like this but it’s been perfect for my getaway in Oregons wine country. To let the dress shine, do be sure to wear nude or clear sandals and a simple handbag. You won’t want to compete with this piece!

Outfits of the Week

I hope you enjoyed these budget and midsize friendly outfits! I love playing around with my own style and testing out different fits. Depending on what you may have going on this upcoming week, you are going to love these looks! I hope you find them all to be accessible and easy to recreate.

Until next time,

Lauren
