Outfits of the Week from the end of July
For the last week of July, I have some great midsize friendly summer outfit ideas. From dresses to everyday outfits, this round up is one of my favorites. To see my recommendations (which are budget friendly too!), keep on reading.
Wine Tasting Dress
To kick off the week I wore this fun color block dress from Amazon. I spent the day wine tasting in Oregon and loved how comfortable this piece was. The cutout was super cute and the stretchiness of the dress was much appreciated. Since I wanted the dress to be the focal point, I went easy on the accessories and just did clear sandals and a nude handbag.
Neutral Business Casual Outfit
Our next look was my take on business casual. I recently got in these tees from Abercrombie and wanted to wear the white one since it was hot in my area. For something dressier, I paired the tee with a satin midi skirt I got ages ago. Of course I could have added heels to make the outfit super fancy but I opted for a sneaker since I was running around town that day.
Leather Shorts Outfit
For a girls night out, I wanted to do something colorful and fun. I went with this orange tank from Amazon and a pair of high waisted leather shorts. It was a bit on the sporty side because I topped the look off with black leather sneakers but I felt great. While leather might not be ideal for summer, I am not mad at how this look turned out. Plus it would work with any color tank in the summer/pre fall season!
Casual Travel Outfit
During the weekend I went to Seattle and it was once again super hot outside. I went with a simple white Amazon tank and short light wash shorts. Since the shorts were slightly too short, I added a lightweight shacket around my waist although a plaid button down would have worked well too. I also completed the look with a white sneaker and loved how the look turned out!
Coastal Granddaughter Outfit
On the last day of the week, I went to the beach with my family and decided to do my take on the coastal grandmother. I opted for an athleisure spin with Lululemon leggings and a workout tank. To stay beachy, I topped the look off with a lightweight button down from Cupshe and I am pleased with the overall look.
