Start of February Outfits
Beginning of February Outfits
I kicked off February in a very exciting way, I finally moved out of my toxic living situation! This move has been a long time coming for me and I am thrilled to live somewhere that feels safe for me. The last few months have been pretty difficult to be honest with you all, from weekly trips out of town to frequent verbal harassment by a roommate I haven’t been having the best time. Now, I finally am somewhere that is suitable for me and my budding business and I couldn’t be happier! Keep reading to see which outfits I’ve worn through that process.
Sweat Pant Swagger
My first look is with my good old grey sweatpants. I absolutely love this pair from Urban Outfitters, they are fleece lined and incredibly comfortable. Since it was a work from home day for me and I was editing the majority of the day, I was glad to wear something cozy. To keep from competing with the joggers, I styled the look with my favorite black tank from Amazon. This piece is great for layering or just wearing on its own. Either way this is one look you’ll want in heavy rotation if you like to stay comfy!
Modern Business Casual
Best part about working for myself? I get to wear whatever I want!! That includes fun, updated versions of business casual. For this outfit, I wanted to wear another go to tank of mine and add some cool dad jeans. For some polish, I added my oversized blazer from Target and some black mules. I think the combination of professional and everyday is the secret to a great outfit. Plus, it made me feel so confident as I went into my first big business call as a business owner!
Cozy Winter Fit
Full disclosure with this week, I was not super motivated to get dressed up or look my best. I spent a lot of time at home grieving my last several months and getting ready to move. Thus, my motivation to fully dress up like I normally do was not there. However, I still wanted to be comfy so here’s what I came up with! I absolutely adore my Lululemon leggings and they pair perfectly with my little Ugg booties. For winter, these are a must have and they are a bit more interesting than the plain short Uggs that are trending. Here at Traditionally Trivison we like to add our own twist to the trends.
Casual Valentine’s Day Outfit
With Valentine’s Day a little over a week away, I had to throw in one outfit that could work for the holiday! I actually wore this outfit to Locust Cider in Tacoma. It was fabulous, you’ll have to try the sweet aged or vanilla ciders if you go. As to the actual outfit, I went with my favorite plaid shacket from Amazon. With this piece, be sure to size up for that perfect oversized style. It’s going to be on heavy rotation in the the colder months let me tell ya!
Moving Day Fit
To round up the week, I couldn’t skip out on my moving day outfit! It’s also my first photo in the new filming area, how crazy is that?? I just adore this comfy look, whether you are working out in it or just moving, I love the pop of pink in this longline sports bra. I also wore the sweatshirt around my waist for part of the day as a partial accessory and a warm layer for those moments outside. Overall this look made moving a whole lot easier and it was a smooth process. So excited for this new chapter, I hope you all are too!
