Top 10 Amazon Finds from August 2022

August Amazon Roundup

Calling all Amazon addicts! This month I have a bunch of cute budget friendly fashion and tech products. As a full time content creator, reinvesting in filming products has been huge for my business. I have finally started scaling up to larger products and my production value is great thanks to these tripods and lights! Now, let’s kick things off with the clothes.

Amazon Fashion Favorites

Color Block Bodycon Dress

Our first fashion find is this soft color block knit dress! I found it during Prime day and I am so glad I purchased it. The material is fabulous and has a nice amount of stretch. I packed it on a few trips this past summer and it was easy to travel with and received several compliments. Just so you know it does run true to size and I recommend wearing a sticky bra underneath to avoid any straps from showing.

Nude Square Neck Tank

I recently learned this tank is a dupe for Aritzia tanks and I can honestly see it! This piece is double lined, incredibly soft, and easy to style a plethora of ways. Its also fairly fitted so it works well with high waisted denim or skirts. Now, while the nude color may not be everyones cup of tea, it does come in a few different colors so consider the black or white if thats more your speed!

Pro Style Tip: This tank is great for warm and cool seasons. Just layer it under a jean jacket or cardigan come fall to stay nice and cozy. Right now while its warm, wear it alone with your favorite shorts!

Skinny Strap Tank

Purchased from the same brand above, I got this great white basic tank. I love the skinny straps that are adjustable, it’s super easy to get your ideal fit. Like the tank above, this one is double lined and incredibly comfortable. I have worn it a lot this summer and am considering purchasing the black version!

Pink Maxi Dress

I recently got in this fun maxi dress that I feel will translate well into fall! For the heat, wear this alone with some sandals to the market or a festival. I wore mine with some Tory Burch inspired flip flops but you could easily layer it up with a lightweight sweater and sneakers. Overall this dress is incredibly comfortable and is an elevated basic in my book!

White Cropped Jumpsuit

I also recently picked up this white cropped jumpsuit and I am so glad I did. It’s perfect for any fall brides if you have bachelorette parties coming up. I also think it would work well for special occasions or sorority recruitment. It’s budget friendly and the straps are adjustable. Plus it has the fun tie detail in the back and comes in several colors!

Black Cowboy Boots

Is this my second pair of black cowboy boots? Yes, yes it is. This pair is a bit different from my first though since these hit right below the knee and are a nice matte black all around. I think they are going to transition great into the colder months since you can dress them up with dresses and skirts. They would also look nice with black sheer tights for that cool girl look. Either way cowboy boots are going to be big this year so may as well try them out with this version under $100!

Dress Tape

Branching out somewhat into fashion accessories we have some dress tape! I originally got this for a dress that I ended up returning but I am going to keep the tape just in case I need it down the line. This product is great for anyone wearing something low cut or loose. Now, the tape itself is double sided and connects to your skin and the garment. I think its a great fashion hack and more gals should be aware of them!

Amazon Beauty

Cetaphil Moisturizer SPF 35

My one beauty find this month is the Cetaphil moisturizer in SPF 35. I have used their SPF 15 moisturizer for close to a decade but I’m so glad I made the switch to something higher. It’s been rather warm where I live this summer and I feel good knowing I am going out with well protected skin. Plus its the most hydrating daily moisturizer I’ve tried and it pairs nicely with their face wash which I also use. It’s also great overall for those with sensitive skin!

Amazon Tech

Overhead Tripod

As I have expanded my business into User Generated Content, I noticed a need for an overhead tripod. I think these are great tools for videography and photography, you can really get a solid flat lay with one. Now the one downside to this tripod is it does leave marks on the surface you attach it to so consider adding padding to the surface to protect the wood. Overall I am so glad I finally invested in one of these!

Lighting Kit

Our last Amazon find was yet another work piece! I received feedback from a brand that my lighting was not great for a video and I immediately went out and purchased this set. While there were several light tripods for social media, they were pretty expensive. I liked this set because it came with light filters if you wanted to get experimental and it was under $50.

Happy Shopping

I hope these products excite you and your upcoming Amazon purchases. I love the wide array of products I can get off of one website and oftentimes they are cheaper than going in store.
