10 Graphic Tee Outfits for Spring

Graphic Tee Outfit Inspiration

I will be the first to admit that I have a graphic tee addiction. My collection has reached well into the 20s and I am always on the hunt for a new band or style. Since middle school, I have loved a good graphic tee. I feel like they add personality to any outfit and allow you to make a statement without saying a word. If you have some graphic tees but don’t know how to style them, keep reading! I came up with 10 graphic tee outfits to keep you comfortable and stylish ✨

80’s Inspired Tee and Skirt

When I bought this tee, I was SO excited to wear it come springtime. I’ve always liked David Bowie and I only buy shirts from bands/artists I like and actually listen to. Another aspect that drew me in was the bright colors, I’m starting to get into these 80s inspired looks!! The neon is on trend and perfect for spring. Plus, it adds some excitement to these endless days. Also, I had found this skirt back in September and I just fell in love with the color. This lavender is a little out of my comfort zone but I think it’s so cute for this season and the length is great. I also find it to be comfortable even while I’m at home working on the computer!

Tie Dye Tee and Mini Skirt

I absolutely love this outfit!! I wore something similar for Valentine’s Day but I wanted to update it for spring. In winter, I paired this tee with a leather mini skirt, but for the warmer months I recommend a mini skirt like this one. I found this one as part of a 2 piece set and I just love it!! Sets are great for mixing and matching, with a great mix happening here. As for the tee, I found my usual size and used the bra tuck trick to make it cropped. With more fitted tees, sometimes a boxier crop can help balance out the look. This works especially well with tighter bottoms like these!

Tee over Party Dress

Although my party dresses are mostly just hanging out in my closet, I do like to play around and make them casual. In this case, I took my New Years dress and made it more casual with this Guns and Roses tee. This top was actually the first of my modern collection! I took it from my sister Sophomore year of college and have loved it since. Originally, I wore this tee for Halloween of 2017, but it’s now evolved into a graphic staple! In the case of this outfit, I love how it pairs with this sparkly skirt. This outfit will be great for going out and having a fun night on the town!

White Tee and Boyfriend Jeans

Now, part of my graphic collection is just weird, funny prints. In this case, I couldn’t help but get this Noodle tee! I loved the colors in it and since it’s white, it goes with so much!! To make it super casual and perfect for a weekend, I paired it with some boyfriend jeans. I like how comfortable this outfit is without looking sloppy. What really brings this look together is the sandals. Instagram is obsessed with them and I feel like they balance out the entire outfit!

Band Tee and Joggers

For all my lounge girls, I didn’t forget about you!! I freaking LOVE this new pair of joggers that just came in. They are the softest pants ever! Initially, I was concerned about the cropped length. Now, I’m actually starting to love it. With sneakers especially, I think it’s adorable. To tie the outfit together, I went with one of my favorite tees. I like the white and green together and trust me when I say there is a fun red design on the back of this shirt! It says, “we are the champions” and totally goes with the sportier vibes. While we are hanging at home, this is one of the best options!!

Oversized Tee and Biker Shorts

Can you have a warm weather post without biker shorts? I think not! I recently got this camouflage pair and I am obsessed! They are so comfortable and there are zero panty lines with them. It’s incredible. To spice up the shorts, I added this adorable Baby Yoda tee. I think it’s such a fun look and perfect for another super casual day. Plus, the different greens go well together. It’s important to look at the colors as a whole when putting an outfit together. It’s best to either have them match or be in opposition with one another to create a cohesive look.

Grey tee and Striped Pants

I feel like I really channeled the 70s with this look!! I love these big, flowy pants for spring and summer. The white and grey stripes are super elongating and the material is insanely soft. To really bring the outfit back to 1970, I added this fun Johnny Cash graphic. I like how the gray goes together and I like the more fitted tee with the loose pants. It’ll also make a great outfit for lounging at home!

Edgy Graphic Tee Outfit

Not gonna lie, definitely forgot about this dress until I was going through my closet for this shoot!! It’s a super comfy option from last summer that looks great with a tee over it. With its ribbed material, it’s casual yet can easily be dressed up. I particularly love it with this Queen tee. To get that cropped effect, just use a clear elastic and make a little knot! It’ll protect the shirt from getting funky overtime. With the hack, you’re clothes will be good all year round. Going into fall especially, just add some booties and a leather jacket and you’re set!

Skinny Jeans and Graphic Tee

Something I don’t have a lot of is cropped graphic tees! I do love this one from Target, it’s boxy and perfect for a fitted pair of pants. I prefer it casual with some jeans like I did here. If you are feeling adventurous, you could always add some white denim to a look like this! When creating outfits like this, I always look for balance. I tend to go bigger on top while going fitted on the bottom. My favorite part of me is my legs/booty so I tend to show them off!

Athleisure Graphic Tee

Would I even be a fashion blogger if I didn’t mention the spanx leggings? Of course not. I flipping love this casual outfit! You guys seem to like my jean jacket and legging looks, so I gave a fun alternative. Here, I’m mixing materials and making a sportier tee a little dressier with these pants. To keep the overall outfit chill, I added this jacket and you could always add some sneakers to finish the look. Remember, the best kinds of outfits have contrast!
