Classic Christmas Outfit
I don’t know about you but I go to church every year on Christmas Eve. It’s truthfully not my favorite thing to do but I am very familiar with appropriate church attire and I think this outfit is the perfect combination of classic and fashionable. When taking a more modest and conservative approach to dressing, still remember balance. I did a fitted dress underneath with the larger coat over top. It still looks feminine and elegant without becoming matronly.
NYE Dress
On the complete opposite end of the spectrum we have this fun party dress from a local boutique! A few years back I celebrated the new year in downtown Seattle and wore something similar, it was perfect! For 2022/2023, I recommend opting for something a bit richer like this velvet moment. It’s trendy while remaining timeless for this season. To have a bit of fun, I recommend completing the outfit with fun shoes like these glittery boots. I’ve been having a blast styling these and they’re the perfect statement piece in my opinion!
Casual Christmas Style
My final Christmas outfit is this cozy combination. I love a cream sweater in the wintertime, it reminds me of the holiday catalogues they would send out back in the day but with modern elements like the oversized fit. To make it even more modern, I added my favorite yoga pants or flared leggings. While some may advise against two loose pieces together, I think it works because it’s broken up by the fitted top half of the leggings. A partial tuck at the waist will also help!
